Family / Spin / Recovery Ride Monday and Thursday (C Level Ride)
Riders meet at Patrick Paige's house at

reminder to the club.
His home address will be listed on the
emails. The average speed for the ride will range from 13 -

Use this ride as a good place to start riding
and developing abilities while riding with the group, bring out the
kids, recover from the race or hard group ride from the weekend,
etc. A headlight and taillight are required during the Fall and
Winter months when the days get shorter.
