Spin / Recovery Ride Monday

Riders meet at Patrick's house at 6:15pm.  He will send out a weekly email reminder to the club.  The average speed for the ride will range from 13 - 17mph.  Use this ride as a good place to start riding and developing abilities while riding with the group, bring out the kids, recover from the race or hard group ride from the weekend, etc.

Tuesday and Thursday Rides

Riders meet at Dewar Elementary School on the corner of Forest St and Mt Zion Church Rd. at 6:00 pm.  A headlight and taillight are required during the Fall and Winter months when the days get shorter.  You can expect a Level B ride.

Time Trial Tuesday

Time Trial Tuesday – is always the last Tuesday of the month that starts around April and ends around August or September depending on the time change.  The route is 10 miles long, good roads, little traffic.  Cost $5 for an official time keeper.  Start time is 6:30 PM.  The ride is an out and back route.  You can start from Dewar Elementary for a warm up to the time trial or drive directly to the ride location at the corner of Old State Rd and Hwy 31 (Lakeland Hwy).

 Saturday Rides

Saturday Ride Time – 7:30 AM -   This new time was started first of June in order for us to try to beat the heat and will stay in effect until September.  We meet and leave from the parking lot next to Wooden Nickel Pub across from Zaxby's.  The cross-streets for Wooden Nickel Pub is the intersection of Inner Perimeter Road and North Oak Street Extension.  Try to be there 15 minutes early so we can roll out at 7:30 AM.  You can expect Level A, B, and C rides.

Check your email every Friday as this ride time may occur earlier, or later depending on the weather. If you cannot or have not registered to receive the clubs emails, then you can contact Patrick Paige on Friday's at 247-0353 or 293-7621.

Sunday Rides

Because the weather is much cooler during the Fall and Winter months, several of the club members have expressed an interest to get together for group rides on Sunday.  In the past, the meeting place has been the location of the Saturday Rides.  If you are interested in putting together a group ride on Sunday, then send out an email to the group.  In the email, please specify the level of the ride (i.e., Level A, B, or C).
