· Kid’s Ride – 1 Lap

Where:    Valdosta State University, parking and registration at Oak Street Parking Lot.

When:    Registration begins at 7:15a.m. on Saturday, March 27, 2004.
      Criterium begins at 8:00a.m. sharp … so have your bike on the start line early.
      Followed immediately by the Fat Tire Crit, at approx. 8:35, and the Kid’s Ride at approx. 8:50.
      5-k Run begins at 9:00a.m. sharp … but be early to cheer on the bike finishers.

Entry Fee:    $20.00 entry for the 5-k Run
   $20.00 entry for the Criterium                    All Proceeds to benefit the
   $10.00 entry for the Fat Tire Criterium       MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY ASSOCIATION
   $ 5.00 entry for the Kid’s Ride

Crit Course:    The VSU circuit is a 1.3 mile, four corner loop that encircles Valdosta State University’s main campus --
                       Oak Street, Georgia Avenue, Patterson Street and Brookwood Avenue. The cyclists will ride for a timed
                       25 minutes, and then complete a 3-lap sprint to the finish.

Rules:   BIKE HELMETS ARE MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL RIDE PARTICIPANTS
      Cyclists must be at least 17 years of age for Criterium rides.
      Aerobars may not be used (may be attached if permanent mounts, but not utilized).
      Fat Tire Crit: mountain bike tires must have knobs (no slicks or touring tires).

Prizes:    Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each adult race.
      T-shirts will be available to all pre-registered participants, and to others ONLY WHILE THEY LAST.
